Once we receive your project inquiry, we organise a short discovery call or an in-person meeting to define the scope, objectives and production requirements. If preferred, a proposal can also be prepared based on your written brief via email.
CONFIRMATION
We review your project request for corporate photography, video production or event coverage and define the scope, objectives and initial requirements.
STRATEGY & PLANNING
Once the proposal is reviewed, we arrange a comprehensive alignment call or in-person meeting to finalise all strategic, creative and logistical details. Following approval, your corporate event, interview or video production moves forward fully aligned with expectations and objectives.
PREPARATION
Based on your requirements, we assign the right photographers, videographers and equipment. A detailed production plan ensures efficient execution on location. If desired, clients can schedule a short introduction call with the production team assigned to their project.
PRODUCTION
Professional, discreet and efficient on-site production for corporate events, interviews and brand content, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality visual capture.
INITIAL DELIVERY
We provide fast, structured delivery of professionally edited photography and video content, optimised for internal and external corporate communication. The first delivery is provided within four working days. Priority same-day delivery during your event is available at an additional investment. All media is securely delivered via a private online gallery link or download link.
REFINEMENT
We carefully review your feedback and implement agreed refinements through two included revision rounds to ensure full alignment. Additional revisions can be accommodated upon request at an additional investment.
COMPLETION
Upon final approval, the completed corporate photography and video content is delivered in ready-to-use formats, optimised for web, social media and internal platforms. The remaining investment is invoiced at the time of final delivery.
EVALUATION
